Pastor Omawumi Michael Efueye
Pastor Omawumi Michael Efueye, widely known as Pastor O, is a distinguished poet, author, inspirational teacher, and pastor whose life's mission bridges literature, faith, and the empowerment of families. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Literature-in-English and a Master's in Mass Communication, he has built a multifaceted career spanning print journalism, radio and television broadcasting, corporate affairs in the banking sector, and pastoral leadership.
As a prolific writer, Pastor Omawumi has authored several influential works including One Cross Is Enough, Joseph: The Power of Persistence, Different By Design: Marriage, Two Hearts, One Heartbeat, and A Word in Season. His writing style, fluid, descriptive, and often laced with humour, draws from deep personal conviction and decades of experience mentoring individuals and couples. His works explore themes of faith, resilience, love, and destiny, offering practical wisdom for navigating life's challenges.
Beyond the written word, Pastor O has dedicated over two decades to Christian marriage counselling and relationship mentorship. Together with his wife Carol, his partner of more than 40 years, he has pioneered marriage preparatory classes, enhancement seminars, and couples' retreats that have restored countless relationships. His ministry, Friends 4 Life, continues to equip couples with biblical principles for communication, conflict resolution, and raising godly families.
Pastor Omawumi's pastoral journey includes pastoring a vibrant church in London for 17 years, followed by founding and leading the growing congregation of Chapel of Life. His passion is fuelled by an uncompromising dislike of error and a deep conviction that every individual was created to fulfil purpose, realise potential, and apprehend destiny. Known for his integrity, humility, and fatherly compassion, Pastor O has mentored a generation of leaders and inspired many to embrace their divine calling.
Married to Carol and blessed with two children, a grandson and granddaughter, Pastor O embodies the values he teaches: faith, family, and persistence. His life and work stand as a testament to the power of purpose-driven living and the enduring strength of love and faith.
Mummy O
Carol Efueye
Mummy O (Carol Efueye) is a reflective practitioner with a discerning personality and a deep calling to support couples, families, and individuals on their journey of faith and wholeness.
A trained radiographer and sonographer, she is currently pursuing further studies in counselling, adding professional depth to the decades of ministry experience she brings to every encounter. Her quiet strength and insight complement Pastor O's dynamic teaching, and together they have walked with hundreds of couples through seasons of preparation, crisis, restoration, and joy.
Married to Pastor O for over 40 years, Mummy O is a mother of two and grandmother of two, a living example of the faith, patience, and partnership the ministry teaches.
